Congregational Collective - Liaison and Trainer
The Congregational Liaison and Trainer is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting churches committed to building capacity to address mental wellness within the faith community and congregations. Responsibilities include building relationships, developing a learning strategy, identifying and vetting training tools, and conducting or organizing a training program. Additionally, this role will work to ensure congregations and ministry leaders have working knowledge and access to community resources to become advocates in promoting mental health and wellness.
In the future, this position will be a part of the new organization and the person filling the role will not be an employee of the H. E. Butt Foundation.

Storytelling Associate
The Storytelling Associate supports Know Your Neighbor, the H. E. Butt Foundation’s Storytelling program. Know Your Neighbor uses stories to build bridges across San Antonio’s economic divides, and the Storytelling Associate spends each day building multi-media resources and supporting events to drive that mission: videos, photography, e-newsletters, social media, and more.

The LLYC Associate position will work for two years as a member of the Laity Lodge Youth Camp team while participating in the H. E. Butt Foundation Associates Program. The LLYC Associate will focus largely on relationship building with previous and new summer staff through the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process. This position will play a significant role in preparing for summer camp through working on the camp schedule, ministry curriculum, staff training, activity preparations, program ideas and more. During the summer this position will serve on LLYC Central Leadership Staff. As a part of the Associate Program, this role will participate in consistent professional, personal, and spiritual development to help discern future calling and vocation.
