The Congregational Liaison will be a dynamic, mission-driven leader responsible for overseeing the successful growth and development of a groundbreaking initiative that equips congregations to lead in mental health and wellness. Using a collaborative framework, this person will manage all aspects of recruitment, engagement, training, and community partnership development with an expanding cohort of churches.
This individual must be a relational leader, systems thinker, and strategic operator—comfortable working independently in a fast-evolving program and collaborating deeply with community stakeholders.
This position is expected to transition into a newly formed organization in the future and will not be an employee of the H. E. Butt Foundation.

LLFC Associate
The LLFC Associate position will work for two years as a member of the Laity Lodge Family Camp team while participating in the H. E. Butt Foundation Associates Program. The LLFC Associate will focus largely on relationship building with previous and new staff through the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process. This position will play a significant role in preparing for weekend retreats and summer camp through working on the camp schedule, ministry curriculum, staff training, activity preparations, program ideas and more. As a part of the Associate Program, this role will participate in consistent professional, personal, and spiritual development to help discern future calling and vocation.

Laity Lodge Associate
The Laity Lodge Associate works closely with the Laity Lodge team to provide administrative and programmatic support. This role will contribute to the work of Laity Lodge by supporting operations, hospitality, and other administrative functions related to Lodge events and programs.
