In his book, In Plain Sight, Dr. Charley Gordon shows places in nature where God signs his work. For example, in the unexpected likeness of an oak tree and a brain cell. Or, in the matching mathematics of a grain of sand, a cyclone, and the cosmos.

Michelangelo, Cezanne, Monet … All artists leave “fingerprints” in their brushwork. In God’s work, he leaves clues to himself … from the carbon or “dust” in our bodies to the miracles of colors, nerve-endings, and water’s life-giving qualities.

This is Howard Butt Jr. of Laity Lodge. God says his divine nature shows up clearly in all his works. And I wonder: What shows up in our output? … in the high calling of our daily work

“The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”— Psalm 19:1
